LGT Vestra is conducting a short survey to find out more about the investment needs of practice owners in the UK and would be delighted if you participated by answering 4 short questions. All completed surveys will be entered into a draw with a main prize of an iPad. LGT Vestra is also pleased to offer all entrants to the survey a free financial review, at a time that is convenient to you.

This four question survey will help LGT Vestra to better service the dentist profession.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the survey brought to you by LGT Vestra LLP (“LGT Vestra”, “we”, “us”, “our”), whose registered office is at 14 Cornhill, London EC3V 3NR. These terms and conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to, any specific terms which we have included in any promotion or message about the survey, for example by email, in any of our marketing material or online (“promotional material”). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional information, the promotional information will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. By completing the survey, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. LGT Vestra reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

1. You must be aged 18 or older to enter our prize draw and resident in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland.

2. Employees of LGT Vestra, or their close relatives, or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.

3. Unless otherwise stated, we will only accept one entry into the prize draw per individual. The winner is advised to check and is responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result of accepting a prize.

4. All entrants to our survey will be entered into the quarterly prize draw to win an iPad. Surveys completed by the end of January, February and March will be entered into the Q1 draw. Unless we state otherwise, the winner will be selected at random on 7^th April 2017. Surveys completed by the end of April, May and June will be entered into the Q2 draw. Unless we state otherwise, the winner will be selected at random on 7^th July 2017. Surveys completed by the end of July, August and September will be entered into the Q3 prize draw. Unless we state otherwise, the winner will be selected at random on 6^th October. Surveys completed by the end of October, November and December will be entered into the Q4 prize draw. Unless we state otherwise, the winner will be selected at random on 5^th January 2018. We will notify the winner, via email or telephone, as soon as we can after the selection has taken place.

5. All entrants to our survey are eligible to receive a free financial review from LGT Vestra. LGT Vestra will contact each survey entrant to arrange a suitable time to conduct the review.

6. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.

7. In the unlikely event that we have difficulties in acquiring an advertised prize, we have the right to, at our absolute discretion, vary, amend or substitute that prize with an alternative provided that any substitution shall be of equal or greater value. If you are a lucky winner, you cannot request an alternative prize or a cash alternative. If a prize is unclaimed after one month, it will be deemed to have been forfeited and we reserve the right to award that prize to another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. By entering the survey, you agree to co-operate with us for publicity purposes free of charge, which may include the publication (including on the internet) of your name in the announcement of the result

9. If you enter the survey, you agree that we may use your personal details to administer and run this prize draw, and for any other purposes stated in the accompanying promotional material. We may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not enter the survey. 10. We reserve the right to change these rules at any time; our decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

11. By entering, you are agreeing to be kept up to date with the latest products and services from LGT Vestra. You can change your email preferences at any time.

12. These rules are governed by English law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
